Steps of the Competition
The selection process will consist of up to three stages:
- Objective Tests (Multiple Choice): Elimination and classification evaluation with new questions about specific knowledge, educational foundations, Portuguese language, statute of municipal public employees of Itaboraí, and local history.
- Discursive Tests (Essay): Candidates will need to produce a dissertative text in Portuguese related to the field of education.
