1. Kia Sportage (2012-2015)

The Kia Sportage of this generation is one of the most praised used SUVs when it comes to cost-effectiveness and reliability. With a design that still looks modern, it stands out for its sturdiness and good set of features.

Engine and Transmission: Equipped with a 2.0 engine of up to 178 horsepower, it offers balanced performance. The majority of versions come with a reliable six-speed automatic transmission, known for its smoothness and durability, even in cars with high mileage.

Engine and Transmission: The versions from 2017 with 1.4 turbo engine and six-speed automatic transmission are the most recommended. This setup offers great performance and balanced fuel consumption.

Why Is It Worth It? Maintenance is a strong point, with accessible parts and a wide range of dealerships. It comes well-equipped with features such as a multimedia center with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, in addition to stability and traction controls.

4. Ford EcoSport 2.0 (up to 2017)

The pioneer of compact SUVs in Brazil is still a smart choice, especially in the versions with a 2.0 engine. It delivers superior performance compared to the popular 1.6 version and has a robust and well-known mechanics.

Engine and Transmission: The Duratec 2.0 engine with 143 horsepower gives the EcoSport the breath of life that other versions lack. It is important to prefer the versions with a reliable five-speed manual transmission, which is extremely trustworthy.
