Ambev Stands Out Amid the Pandemic

The Colorado brewery in Ribeirão Preto will undergo some routine changes in April. The industrial plant was chosen by Ambev for oxygen production and its bottling in cylinders, in an initiative to assist in the treatment of individuals infected with the coronavirus in the state of São Paulo. For this, the company has assigned 12 employees who will work directly in this role, according to information provided to the report by Guia by the multinational brewery’s press office.

About Ambev

Ambev was created in 1999 from the merger of Companhia Antartica and Cervejaria Brahma, but the history of the multinational dates back much earlier, in the mid-1880s, when they were still two separate breweries.

Since then, the company has developed significantly, aiming to boost the beverage sector with new flavors and new job vacancies. Ambev has over two hundred beverage brands, in addition to the brands Budweiser, Beck’s, and Stella Artois.
