Technical and Digital Fields Are Opening Positions With High Salaries and Low Competition Throughout Brazil

Amidst accelerated digitalization and a shortage of skilled labor, professions that pay more than R$ 10,000 are emerging in underexplored sectors. These are technical careers related to technology, the environment, and agribusiness that require specific skills but offer financial returns well above the average.

According to the World Economic Forum, by 2030 more than 170 million new jobs will be created in specialized niches. Professions that pay more than R$ 10,000 stand out for combining high demand, accessible training, and little competition—creating real opportunities for those looking to change their lives.

Prompt Engineer and Gamification Analyst Lead Among Digital Professions

The AI prompt engineer is responsible for building optimized commands for artificial intelligence systems like ChatGPT. In Brazil, these professionals earn between R$ 10,000 and R$ 18,000 per month, according to platforms like Coursera. With just 3 to 6 months of study in Python and natural language, it’s possible to enter this market.

Another high-demand position is that of gamification analyst, who uses gaming techniques to engage users in apps and websites. They earn between R$ 10,000 and R$ 14,000 and are highly sought after by startups and educational platforms. Quick courses in digital marketing and UX design help entry into the field, as do personal projects published on Discord or Upwork.

In Agriculture and the Environment, Technicians and Specialists Ensure High Salaries

Agricultural telemetry is one of the fastest-growing fields in the interior of Brazil. Telemetry analysts monitor crops via sensors and satellites, using soil, moisture, and productivity data. In Mato Grosso, these professionals can earn between R$ 10,000 and R$ 15,000, according to Senar data. Understanding IoT and data analysis is essential.

Another example is the bioremediation specialist, who uses bacteria or plants to decontaminate soils and waters. With earnings above R$ 10,000, this role is in demand from mining companies and industries. A background in chemistry, biology, or environmental engineering is essential. Courses like those offered by Coursera in environmental management complement the technical profile.

LGPD and Drone Maintenance Create Lucrative and Still Undeserved Positions

Since the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) came into effect, the digital compliance specialist has become a central figure in companies. Banks and technology companies offer salaries ranging from R$ 10,000 to R$ 16,000 for these professionals. Certifications such as EXIN Privacy & Data Protection are required for work.

The drone maintenance technician has a practical role: to repair and calibrate drones used in agriculture, cinema, and security. With earnings between R$ 10,000 and R$ 14,000, the career requires ANAC certification and knowledge of electronics. Courses from Senai start at R$ 1,000 and last up to a year. Practice in simulators strengthens the resume.

Data Curator: The New Librarian of the Digital World

Little known outside the tech universe, the data curator is responsible for organizing, validating, and keeping large databases updated. They ensure that information is useful and reliable for business analysis. In the financial sector and in big techs, salaries range from R$ 10,000 to R$ 13,000.

To get started, one must master SQL, Python, and good information management practices. Data curation courses on platforms like Udemy cost around R$ 200 per month. Having projects published on GitHub is a decisive differentiator when it comes to hiring.
