Tech Potential: Transforming Learning into Promising Careers
The Tech Potential program, led by iFood with the support of the Tech Movement and the partnership of Oracle Next Education, offers a unique educational journey. Divided into two phases, the course provides participants with fundamental knowledge of programming logic and personal development in the first stage. In the second phase, scholarship students have the opportunity to choose between Back-End and Front-End, enhancing their technical skills. With a comprehensive workload, including mentoring and practical challenges, the program totals over 560 hours of study, ensuring robust training aligned with market demands.
Tech Inclusion: Scholarships for Underrepresented Profiles in the Tech World
The program’s focus is clear: to promote technology employability for underrepresented groups, including women, Black individuals, Indigenous peoples, LGBTQIAPN+, individuals with disabilities, and those from low-income backgrounds. The partnership with Oracle Next Education, known for its online education platform, offers slots in a 100% free course, available entirely online. The commitment is not only to convey technical knowledge but also to develop essential skills for professional growth, such as business agility and entrepreneurship.
