Inspired by Termite Mounds of the Savanna, the Solum Hub Cuiabá Combines Natural Ventilation, Eight Complete Floors, and a Structure That Integrates Well-Being, Nature, and Corporate Routine

In the heart of the Mato Grosso savanna, where the heat shapes routines and influences urban life, a building emerges that incorporates the logic of nature itself. The Solum Hub Cuiabá was designed with inspiration from termite mounds that regulate their internal temperature, resulting in a construction that functions as a living organism.

It breathes, adapts, and proposes a new perspective on how the city can evolve.

More than a commercial venture, the project presents a vision for the future.

Conceived by Leinemann | Ortiz in partnership with the Colombian studio Obreval Arquitectura, the hub integrates business, well-being, and natural elements. Gardens, water mirrors, and open terraces help refresh the environment and enhance the interaction between climate, architecture, and professional routine.

Architecture That Replicates Natural Strategies

The Solum Hub stands out as a business space that unites work, leisure, and quality of life. With a focus on innovation, sophistication, and sustainability, the venture proposes a corporate usage model that brings people closer to the natural environment, reinforcing the idea of more balanced and functional spaces.

The experience goes beyond rooms and corridors, creating a more organic routine.

This concept is based on biomimicry, a science that observes solutions found in nature to apply them in human projects.

In the building, this approach materializes in the natural ventilation system, which reduces the need for artificial cooling. The result is an environment with thermal comfort even under the intense sun of Cuiabá, in addition to lower energy consumption.

Spacious Structure and Integrated Services

Distributed over eight floors, the Solum Hub offers rooms ranging from 100 to 2,000 m² and brings together services that cater to corporate routines. A gym, restaurant, auditorium, panoramic rooftop, and green areas make up the complex.

The fluid ventilation among the spaces contributes to a lighter work journey, with airflow that follows the movement of the users.

A New Urban Landmark for Cuiabá

Located on Helder Cândia Highway, the hub occupies a strategic position and connects different regions of the capital.

It is close to Brazil Beach Home, the Florais condominiums, and offers easy access to Shopping Estação and Parque das Águas. With this location, the venture consolidates itself as a symbol of innovation and sustainability.

Amid the search for projects that respond to high temperatures and climate challenges, the Solum Hub Cuiabá points to a path that originates from the savanna itself. Observing how termite mounds adapt to their environment, the building demonstrates that the future of architecture can arise from the solutions provided by nature.
