Notice Will Be Published in the Official Gazette This Thursday (30) and Offers 1,505 Immediate Vacancies and 4,515 Reserve Registrations in 62 Positions.
The Mayor Fernando Pellozo announced, this Wednesday (29), the largest public competition in the history of Senador Canedo.
The notice will be published this Thursday (30) in the Official Gazette of the Municipality and will offer 1,505 immediate vacancies, of which 85 are allocated for people with disabilities, in addition to 4,515 reserve registrations. In total, the competition will cover 62 positions, with salaries ranging from R$ 1,796.93 to R$ 9,929.68.
Applications will be open between December 2025 and January 2026. The exams will take place in February 2026, on different days and times according to the group of positions. The final result will be announced in June of the same year.

Competition Marks New Moment in Municipal Management
According to Mayor Fernando Pellozo, all exams will take place in Senador Canedo, and the competition will be valid for two years, with the possibility of extension. He emphasized that the competition symbolizes a new moment for the public administration of the city.
“This competition is a milestone in the history of Senador Canedo. We are expanding public services, ensuring continuity and quality in service to the population with even more qualified servers and new ideas. It means more jobs, more stability, we will inject the economy because many people end up moving to Senador Canedo and better quality in the provision of services to the population”, stated Pellozo.
The Verbena Institute of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG) will be responsible for organizing the selection process. The total cost of the competition will be R$ 2,235,785.22. The City Hall estimates that over 25,000 people will register to participate, strengthening the municipality’s professional workforce and ensuring greater efficiency and stability in the local public administration.
