Banco PAN has opened a selection process to hire people interested in working in the company from 2023, candidates do not need to have previous experience
O PAN bank opened registration for the selection process with the aim of hiring new people to start working in 2023. Students enrolled in bachelor's, teaching or technical courses can apply for an internship at the company, which accepts applications until November 7 and offers a wide range of variety of incentives. The scholarship, for example, will be R$2.921,64, while the meal voucher will be R$1.014,42. In addition to these, the intern will also receive a food voucher in the amount of R$799,38.
People interested in starting to work at Banco PAN must be willing to dedicate six hours a day, or thirty hours a week (business hours) to work at the company. The internship will be for a minimum of one year and a maximum of two years.
What are the prerequisites to participate in the selection process of Banco PAN
- The person must be enrolled in a bachelor's, degree, or technologist program;
- Availability to work as an intern for a total of six hours a day, Monday through Friday, during business hours;
- Availability to work as an intern for a minimum period of one year and a maximum of 2 years.
- Is aware that the implementation period of the program will be between December 2023 and December 2025.
- Be in your technologist studies at the beginning of the second semester;
- You are studying for a bachelor's or teaching degree from the third semester onwards;
- Availability to carry out face-to-face internships in São Paulo – SP, except those in the information technology area.

Banco PAN is a financial institution Brazilian company owned and operated by BTG Pactual and headquartered in the city of São Paulo, located in the state of the same name. Credit cards, payroll loans, vehicle financing, fixed income investments and digital banking are some of the sectors in which it operates.
The bank was created in 1963 in São Caetano do Sul, São Paulo and acquired by Silvio Santos in 1969, the same period in which it was renamed Banco PanAmericano. In 2011, the company was sold to Grupo BTG Pactual which, in 2015, changed the name of the institution to the current Banco PAN.
