Banco PAN Has Opened Selection Process to Hire Individuals to Work at the Company Starting in 2023, Candidates Do Not Need Prior Experience
The Banco PAN has opened applications for its selection process with the aim of hiring new individuals to start working in 2023. Students enrolled in bachelor’s, degree, or technical courses can apply for an internship at the company, which accepts applications until November 7th and offers a wide range of incentives. The scholarship, for example, will be R$2,921.64, while the meal voucher will be R$1,014.42. In addition, the intern will also receive a food voucher worth R$799.38.
Individuals interested in starting to work at Banco PAN must be willing to dedicate six hours per day, or thirty hours per week (business hours) working at the company. The internship will be for a minimum of one year and a maximum of two years.
What Are the Requirements to Participate in the Banco PAN Selection Process
- The individual must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, degree, or technological program;
- Availability to work as an intern for a total of six hours a day, Monday to Friday, during business hours;
- Availability to work as an intern for a minimum period of one year and a maximum of two years.
- Aware that the program period will be between December 2023 and December 2025.
- Be in their technological studies at the beginning of the second semester;
- Be in their bachelor’s or degree studies from the third semester;
- Availability to perform in-person internships in São Paulo – SP, except those in the area of information technology.

Banco PAN is a financial institution in Brazil that is owned and operated by BTG Pactual and has its headquarters in the city of São Paulo, located in the state of the same name. Credit cards, salary loans, vehicle financing, investments in fixed income, and digital banking are some of the sectors in which it operates.
The bank was founded in 1963 in São Caetano do Sul, São Paulo, and was acquired by Silvio Santos in 1969, during which it became known as Banco PanAmericano. In 2011, the company was sold to the BTG Pactual Group, which in 2015 changed the name of the institution to the current Banco PAN.
