The Giant in the Oil and Gas Sector, Bram Offshore, Has An Open Selection Process for Various Positions Onshore and Offshore, Including Internship and Trainee Programs 2026.

Bram Offshore, recognized as the largest company in the Edison Chouest Group in Brazil, announced the opening of several job vacancies to build its team of approximately 3,500 employees. The opportunities include positions onshore and offshore, located in cities such as Rio de Janeiro, Niterói, São João da Barra, Aracaju, and Belém, reflecting the company’s vast operation across its seven bases in the country.

Selection Process

The selection process at Bram Offshore aims to attract talents who share the company’s purpose of “navigating towards the future with safety, operational excellence, and pride in being part of it.” The company seeks professionals for various areas, from technical and offshore operational roles to administrative, financial, and IT positions in its offices.

Interested candidates will undergo evaluation stages aimed at identifying alignment with the company’s values, which include safety as a non-negotiable value, operational excellence, diversity and inclusion, and teamwork. Employment is under the CLT regime, ensuring labor rights.

Opportunities and Location

Bram Offshore has a wide range of open positions in multiple locations. In Rio de Janeiro, for example, there are opportunities such as Commercial Analyst III, HR Analyst (Offshore Recruitment), Accounts Receivable Analyst (Temporary), Chief Engineer, Cook (CZA), Marine Electrician, Deckhand (MNC), Nautical Watch Officer, Radio Operator, Steward (TAA), and management positions such as Maintenance Manager and Operations Coordinator. In Niterói, notable vacancies include Operations Analyst and Operations Assistant. Meanwhile, in São João da Barra (Port of Açu), the company is looking for professionals such as Condition Monitoring Analyst II, Maintenance Assistant, Maritime Auditor II ISPS, and Occupational Safety Technician II. There are also vacancies for Management and Coordination in Belém and Aracaju, in addition to corporate programs for Internship 2026 and Trainee 2026, both based in Rio de Janeiro.

Requirements vary significantly according to the desired position, ranging from specific technical training for maritime roles (such as Chief Engineer, Marine Electrician, MNC, MNM) to higher education for analytical, coordination, and management positions in the areas of Commercial, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, IT, and SMS. For the job vacancies for Interns and Trainees, the company seeks students and recent graduates aligned with the group’s values.
