Among the initial mandatory documents for the telemarketing attendant positions are ID, CPF, proof of high school completion (stamped and signed by the school), and for male candidates, proof of military service exemption.

Those approved for the call center job openings will receive a salary of R$ 1,412, a work schedule of 6×1, with alternating weekends off and various shifts available to fit into their routine. They will work at Rua Polydoro Bittencourt, 142 – Boa Viagem – Salvador.

The training schedule is from Monday to Saturday, with hours to be defined by the company. After completing 6 months in the position, the candidate may apply for other positions, such as instructor, monitor, supervisor, or administrative areas.
