Selection Process
The selection process at FIRJAN is structured in multiple stages, all of which are eliminatory. Applicants will initially undergo a Curriculum Screening. Those approved at this stage will advance to a Behavioral Assessment, which may include tools such as group dynamics, interviews (group or individual), and situational tests. The next stage is the Assessment with the Area Manager.
The final score for the candidate will be calculated based on a weighted average: the result of the Behavioral Assessment (Partial Result 1) will be added to the result of the Manager’s Assessment, which has a weight of 2 (Partial Result 2), and the total will be divided by three. Finally, the selected candidate for the position will go through the eliminatory steps of Medical Examination and Document Presentation before hiring.

Job Requirements
