Steel Corp Opens Factory in São Paulo, with Billion Target by 2026, Housing Catalog in Villa Steel and Prominent Presence of Roberto Justus

On last Wednesday (10), Steel Corp officially opened its new unit on the border between São Paulo and Cajamar. The project is led by Roberto Justus, businessman and former television host.

The plant occupies an area of 16,000 square meters. The goal is to produce more than 8,000 tons of materials and up to 10,000 housing units.

Structure and Location of the Factory

The factory was installed on the access road to the Polvinho neighborhood, along the Anhanguera Highway. The location was considered strategic because it facilitates logistics and the flow of production.

With the new space, the company believes it can achieve a revenue of R$ 1 billion by 2026. The expected growth is one of the central points of the investment.

Inauguration Event

The launch included the presence of around 600 guests. They participated in a guided tour of the production stages of the unit. The goal was to showcase every detail of the new plant’s operation.

Additionally, on the same day, Steel Corp launched a physical catalog of houses. The material is part of Villa Steel, a showroom featuring different residential models.

Roberto Justus

Roberto Justus is known in Brazil for his work as an advertiser and businessman. He built a career in marketing and advertising, also achieving success at the helm of companies in the sector.

His trajectory was expanded when he began hosting television programs, such as “O Aprendiz.” The reality show combined entertainment with the corporate world and even offered a job to the winning participant.

Therefore, the inauguration of the new factory is another step in solidifying his business career.

Investments in the Country

Another region also received significant investment. A Japanese multinational confirmed the construction of a factory in the interior of Brazil, with an estimated investment of R$ 280 million.

This scenario reinforces that large companies continue to bet on the country, whether through new units or the launch of large-scale projects.
