During the internship, students participate in mentoring, group dynamics, and interactions with different teams, which allows for the development of skills such as:

Participants spend part of the week engaged in activities within Google and another part in external training conducted by a partner institution. The weekly structure is divided as follows:
- 3 days of practical immersion in internal company projects;
- 2 days of theoretical training with pedagogical support.
The training is guided by experienced professionals from Google, focusing on skills such as organization, responsibility, planning, and professional communication.
Requirements For The Google Young Apprentice Program:
- Be between 16 and 24 years old (no age limit for people with disabilities);
- Be attending or have completed high school;
- Students in the 1st or 2nd semester of technical or higher courses may also apply;
- Reside in the state of São Paulo;
- Be available to attend the Google office in the capital in person.
