Hopi Hari Confirms New Thrilling Attraction for 2026 and Reinforces Hopi Investments of R$ 300 Million in the Themed Park.
The Hopi Hari announced on Tuesday (27) the arrival of a new thrilling attraction at the themed park, scheduled to debut in the second half of 2026.
This new attraction will be installed in Vinhedo, in the interior of São Paulo, will replace the old free-fall tower, and promises to simulate a suspended flight, marking the return of major Hopi investments after more than two decades without large-scale new attractions.

The new ride will be manufactured by the European company AK Rides and is expected to offer an intense aerial experience, with visitors seated in suspended seats and their feet free throughout the ride.
According to information released by the manufacturer itself, similar equipment can reach heights of up to 40 meters.
Furthermore, the expected capacity is up to 24 people per cycle, which enhances the appeal of the new attraction as one of the main highlights of the themed park.
Replacement of the Free-Fall Tower and New Location
The new attraction will be installed in the Kaminda Mundi area, right at the entrance of the themed park.
The chosen location will replace the old La Tour Eiffel, a free-fall tower that has been closed since 2012.
The change is not just aesthetic.
According to Hopi Hari’s planning, the park’s team designed the new thrilling attraction to greet visitors in the first few minutes of their visit, creating an immediate impact experience and reinforcing the perception of modernization of the park.
First Major Attraction Since 2002
The announcement also draws attention for another important reason.
This will be the first large-scale attraction built at Hopi Hari since 2002, when the Hadikali was inaugurated, a separate paid ride that offers jumping and gliding over the lake.
Since then, the themed park has focused on maintenance, reopenings, and operational adjustments.
Now, with the new attraction, Hopi Hari signals a new cycle of growth and repositioning in the entertainment market.
Hopi Investments Reach R$ 300 Million
The new thrilling attraction is part of a broader plan of Hopi investments, estimated at around R$ 300 million over the coming years.
Hopi Hari will direct the amount not only to the creation of new rides but also to the retrofit of existing attractions.
Additionally, the park plans improvements in infrastructure, updates to technological systems, and the expansion of the regional tourism ecosystem.
The goal is to enhance the competitiveness of the themed park in the national and Latin American scene.
Montezum Will Undergo Structural Transformation
Among the confirmed news is the modernization of Montezum, the traditional wooden roller coaster of the park.
The project aims to transform the ride into a hybrid version, replacing the wooden track with steel.
Therefore, this change should smooth out the ride, reduce impacts, and allow for more radical movements.
Valued at approximately R$ 20 million, the first phase of the work could begin at the end of 2026.
Relevance of the Themed Park in Regional Tourism
Located in Vinhedo, Hopi Hari occupies an area of 760 thousand square meters and features more than 40 attractions distributed across five thematic areas.
In 2024, the themed park ranked as the fourth most visited in Latin America, with 1.29 million visitors.
This performance reinforces the importance of the complex for regional tourism and justifies the resumption of Hopi investments in new experiences.
Expectations for 2026
Although Hopi Hari has not yet disclosed the official name of the new attraction, the park has indicated that it will announce throughout 2026 both the investment amount and the exact opening date.
In the meantime, public anticipation is growing.
The new thrilling attraction symbolizes not just a new ride but a strategic repositioning of the themed park, which seeks to regain prominence and enhance its relevance in the entertainment sector.
