- Press “Request Analysis.”
Required Documents:
- Public Deed or Judicial Order authorizing the heir to act.
- Identification document.
- Proof of address.
If there are any doubts, the Central 135 remains available for assistance.
Step 2 — Request the Refund
After being recognized as an heir:
- Access “Consult Requests” in Meu INSS.
- Look for “Register Successor/Heir – Discounts from Associative Entities.”
- Go back to “Consult Discounts from Associative Entities.”
- Check the amounts and mark whether the deductions were authorized or not.
- Finalize by clicking on “Submit Statement.”
The refund will be divided among all heirs or qualified successors, ensuring compliance with succession rules.
