The Enem 2025 Essay Guide was developed by the Directorate of Basic Education Assessment (DAEB) of INEP, with the aim of making the correction process more transparent.

5. Elaboration of an Intervention Proposal
This is the differential of perfect score essays. The participant must present a concrete and viable solution for the addressed problem, respecting human rights.
The proposal needs to indicate who will do it, what will be done, how, and for what purpose, demonstrating social commitment and clarity in argumentation.

- Complete deviation from the proposed theme;
- Text that is not argumentative-essay;
- Essay with less than 7 written lines;

- Signature or identification mark.
