More Than 100 Opportunities Distributed in Hospitals in São Paulo Under the Management of IRSSL, with Vacancies at Different Education Levels, CLT Hires, Complete Benefits, and Possibility of In-Person or Hybrid Work.

The Syrian-Lebanese Social Responsibility Institute announced the opening of more than 100 job vacancies in different hospitals and health services managed in the state of São Paulo.

All opportunities are governed by CLT, include complete benefits, and encompass in-person models and, in some administrative roles, hybrid models.

The expansion of staff meets the needs of units such as the Regional Hospital of Jundiaí, the Regional Hospital of Registro, and the Regional Hospital Rota dos Bandeirantes in Barueri.

The institute is also strengthening teams in general hospitals, outpatient clinics, specialty centers, and rehabilitation services linked to the public network.

Units Covered and Distribution of Vacancies

IRSSL manages 13 public health facilities, including general hospitals, regional hospitals, specialty services, outpatient clinics, and support structures in cities across various regions of São Paulo.

The expansion of the workforce involves assistance, administrative, and operational areas.

Although most positions require in-person work, some administrative and technology roles allow for a hybrid model.

Steps of the Selection Process

The process is structured in five phases.

The candidate completes the initial registration.

Next, they proceed to fill in additional compliance data.

Then, they participate in an interview with HR.

In the next stage, they undergo an interview with the manager responsible for the area.

The hire is formalized after a document check.
