Free Tool Based on Artificial Intelligence Analyzes Resumes, Identifies Competency Gaps, Suggests SENAI Courses, and Points to Career Opportunities Aligned with Current Demands of the Brazilian Labor Market
The National Service for Industrial Training launches a free artificial intelligence platform aimed at career and employability, using Google Cloud technology to analyze resumes, identify gaps, and recommend training, with national access and direct impact on professional qualification.
SENAI unveiled a new free artificial intelligence platform intended to support Brazilians in building professional trajectories aligned with the current labor market demands, with individualized competency analysis and personalized training recommendations.
Developed with Google Cloud AI technology, the Career and Employability tool evaluates information provided by users, such as resumes, professional history, or verbal descriptions of activities performed throughout their careers.

Petrobras sends a message to Brazilian truck drivers after fuel collapse and reveals plan to have 100% domestic diesel.
From this data, the system identifies strengths, qualification gaps, and potential professional paths, cross-referencing individual profiles with the needs of the labor market and specific demands of the Brazilian industry.
The solution integrates SENAI’s artificial intelligence ecosystem, called aNai, which can be accessed directly at https://nai.senai.br/, focusing on digital services aimed at education and professional development.
According to the general director of SENAI, Gustavo Leal, the platform uses large volumes of data and advanced algorithms to assess competencies, skills, and market trends, guiding users toward opportunities more aligned with their goals.
“Based on large volumes of data and advanced algorithms, SENAI’s AI will evaluate users’ competencies and skills, as well as the current demands of the market,” says Gustavo Leal, general director of SENAI.
He emphasizes that, based on this analysis, the platform recommends training that brings students and workers closer to their professional goals and the job opportunities available in different sectors of the industry.
Agreement Signed in 2023 Expands Digital Transformation in Education
The project is part of an agreement signed in 2023 between SENAI, the Social Service of Industry, and Google Cloud, with a planned duration of five years and a focus on educational digital transformation.
The agreement encompasses actions aimed at basic education, Youth and Adult Education, vocational education, and higher education, as well as innovation and technology services aimed at strengthening the national industry.
With Google Cloud technology, the platform analyzes resumes and experiences to identify talents, gaps, and career opportunities, establishing itself as one of the main services of SENAI’s AI ecosystem.
Understand How the Career and Employability Platform Works
The process begins with the submission of the resume and filling out basic information about the user’s professional and academic history, forming the initial basis for the automated diagnosis.
Next, the user answers multiple-choice questionnaires about aspirations, professional goals, technical competencies, and behavioral skills needed in the current work environment.
Based on this diagnosis, the service indicates courses that bring students and workers closer to the most in-demand profiles in the industry, correlating mapped competencies with real market needs.
The platform also signals expanding areas related to the analyzed professional profile and points out possible career paths, allowing the user to visualize development paths compatible with their skills.
Additionally, the system directs the user to careers with a higher probability of success and available job opportunities, including positions posted on Google Jobs, broadening access to concrete possibilities.
Another feature offered is the calculation of the so-called skills and competencies gap between the user’s current profile and their professional aspirations, guiding personalized learning recommendations.
These recommendations use the data obtained to suggest specific content, enhancing the professional’s fit with market demands and contributing to more strategic career decisions.
New Features Expected in the Coming Months
At the end of the process, the platform generates an executive summary that is saved in the user’s profile, gathering identified skills, areas for improvement, and advances observed throughout the use.
The main dashboard shows the evolution of competencies over time and offers personalized recommendations for professional training content and job opportunities adjusted to the analyzed profile.
Among the features expected in the coming months are guidance for resume preparation, personalized learning pathways based on SENAI’s course library, and structured online mentoring.
For Milton Burgese, Sales Director of Google Cloud for the Public Sector in Latin America, the initiative demonstrates how artificial intelligence can generate a positive direct impact on Brazilian society.
“AI enables organizations to be more responsive to communities, providing crucial data and identifying patterns invisible to humans,” says Milton Burgese from Google Cloud.
Involved Institutions and National Reach
Founded in 1942, SENAI has already trained over 92 million workers and maintains a presence in all Brazilian states, offering technical courses, undergraduate, graduate, and technological solutions.
The institution registers over 3.1 million annual enrollments and operates a network of 1,024 educational units, consolidating itself as a pillar of industrial development and professional training in Brazil.
Google Cloud operates in over 200 countries and territories, offering business solutions based on Google technology, supporting organizations in digital transformation and solving complex challenges.
