Sesc Offers Over 2,8 Thousand Spots in Free Education, Culture, and Sports Courses in Pernambuco. See Units.

The training package includes 2,885 full scholarships, distributed among EJA courses, cultural activities, workshops for children and adolescents, and sports modalities.

So to participate, interested individuals must go to the Sesc unit where they intend to study, present the required documents, and complete the registration within the specified deadline.

Education: Over 1,5 Thousand Spots in EJA

The majority of the opportunities are aimed at Youth and Adult Education (EJA), totaling 1,500 spots between elementary and high school.

Elementary Education 1,220 Spots

The classes are distributed across the units of:
Araripina, Arcoverde, Belo Jardim, Bodocó, Buíque, Caruaru, Garanhuns, Goiana, Piedade (Jaboatão), and Santo Amaro (Recife).

High School 280 Spots

Offered at the units of Caruaru, Garanhuns, Piedade, and Arcoverde.

Enrollments follow a specific schedule:

Renewal for returning students: December 5 to 15.

New students: December 12 to 16.

In this way, Sesc offers over 2,8 thousand spots in free education, culture, and sports courses and workshops; learn how to enroll in EJA classes.

Courses and Workshops: English, Computer Science, and Educational Activities

In addition to EJA, Sesc reserved 380 spots for English courses, computer science, and educational workshops aimed at children and youth.

English 50 Spots

Unit: Piedade (Jaboatão dos Guararapes).

Basic Computer Science 30 Spots

Unit: Goiana.

These trainings help strengthen essential skills for the job market, in addition to expanding opportunities for those in school phase.

Culture: 515 Spots in Artistic Courses

The cultural area also stands out, with 515 free spots in various artistic languages. Registrations for this segment are open until January 9.

The activities take place in multiple units:

Garanhuns, Triunfo, Arcoverde, Caruaru, Araripina, Belo Jardim, Bodocó, Buíque, São Lourenço da Mata, Surubim, Petrolina, Piedade, Cine Teatro Samuel Campelo (Jaboatão), Casa Amarela, and Santo Amaro (Recife).

Thus, it reinforces the central idea that Sesc offers over 2,8 thousand spots in free education, culture, and sports courses and workshops; learn how to enroll and participate in the cultural programming in the state.

Sports: 490 Spots in Various Modalities

The offer also includes 490 spots in sports modalities, strengthening the promotion of health and well-being in the communities served.

How to Enroll in Free Sesc Spots

Thus, enrollments for all courses are in person, directly at the unit offering the desired training.
The candidate must:

Have a family income of up to two minimum wages;

Attend the Sesc in the city where they wish to study;

Present the documents listed in the announcement;

Observe the enrollment deadline for each segment.

So all classes start in February 2026, with regular classes throughout the year.
