Free Technical Course in Administration Offered by Ifes with Remaining Vacancies in Three Municipalities of Espírito Santo, Selection by Public Drawing, Online Enrollment Open Until February, and Admission Expected for the First Academic Semester of 2026.
The Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (Ifes) has launched a public call to fill 69 remaining vacancies for the Technical Course in Administration, offered in the Distance Education (EAD) Network modality.
The initiative is led by the Guarapari Campus and provides for admission in the first academic semester of 2026, as established by the Notice No. 04/2025.
The selection of candidates will be conducted through public drawing, without application of exams.

Enrollment is free and will remain open until February 1, 2026, exclusively online.
The course has a planned duration of 18 months, characterized as subsequent technical training for those who have already completed high school.
Vacancies for the Technical Course in Administration EAD at Ifes
The opportunities are distributed among three Ifes units, including onsite campuses and the Open University of Brazil (UAB) pole.
The organization aims to serve different regions of the state through the existing distance education structure.
At the UAB Pole in Conceição da Barra, 22 vacancies are available.
The Montanha Campus has the largest number, with 26 vacancies.
The Linhares Campus offers 21 vacancies.
The candidate must choose the pole at the time of enrollment, as the drawing will occur separately for each location.
Who Can Enroll in the Free Technical Course at Ifes
The public call is directed to candidates who have completely completed high school, a mandatory requirement for admission to the subsequent technical course in Administration.
This condition must be proven at the time of enrollment, as detailed in the notice.
Accepted documents include high school transcripts, completion certificates or declarations, as well as certifications obtained through official exams like Encceja.
These documents must meet the requirements established by the institute.
A government-issued photo ID and CPF must also be presented, all in a digital and legible format.
Selection by Drawing Replaces Exams in the Selection Process
The electronic drawing will be the only classification criterion for the registered candidates deemed eligible.
According to the official schedule, the preliminary list of authorized enrollments will be published on February 4, 2026.
After this stage, there will be a deadline for appeals on February 5, via institutional email.
The drawing is scheduled for February 6, 2026, at 10 AM, in a public session.
On the same day, Ifes will disclose the final result and the list of candidates called for enrollment, respecting the order drawn and the number of available vacancies at each pole.
Online Enrollment and Calling of Alternates at Ifes
Candidates classified within the number of vacancies must complete their enrollment online.
The procedure must be carried out between February 7 and 10, 2026, with the Academic Records Coordination of the Guarapari Campus.
Complete enrollment instructions are detailed in the public call notice.
Those not called in the first round will remain as alternates.
The document stipulates that new calls may occur for up to four weeks after classes begin, in case of cancellations or unoccupied vacancies.
The start of classes will follow Ifes’ current academic calendar.
How to Enroll in the EAD Technical Course in Administration at Ifes
Enrollment must be done exclusively through an electronic form, available from November 26, 2025, to February 1, 2026.
When filling out the form, the candidate needs to upload all the required documentation, observing the format, legibility, and authenticity criteria described in the notice.
Since the drawing will take place a few days after the enrollment deadline, prior organization of documents can prevent disruptions in the process and ensure regular participation in the selection.
