Chinese Company That Started With Dryers and Vacuums Now Promises to Launch, in 2027, “The Fastest Electric Car in the World”
Dreame Technology, founded in 2017 and initially focused on appliances such as dryers and vacuum cleaners, has taken a bold step. The Chinese company officially confirmed its entry into the luxury vehicle market. The announcement gained traction as it was accompanied by the promise to launch “the fastest electric car in the world.”
The model, revealed in a teaser, caused immediate surprise because it features very similar lines to the Bugatti Chiron.
Similarity of “The Fastest Electric Car in the World” With French Supercar
The images released by the founder of Dreame show the front end of the car almost identical to the famous French model.

Less than a Tera TSI, up to 710 km of range and charging in 9 minutes: the new BYD Song Ultra expands the Chinese brand’s bet on increasingly faster, more technological, and competitively priced electric SUVs.

With a 1.0 engine producing 75 hp and costing less than R$ 70,000, Fiat’s car returns to the podium as the cheapest in the country; a temporary promotion for the 2026 Like version reduces the price of the Fiat Mobi.

With a mild hybrid system of 48 V, 176 hp and a price of R$ 175,990 in the Sahara version, the new Jeep Renegade changes mostly on the inside, improves slightly in fuel consumption, and remains almost the same car.

With a 293.5 cm³ engine and a range of up to 400 km with a 14.1-liter tank, the Honda CB 300F Twister 2026 has up to 24.7 hp, an initial price of R$ 25,150, and already exceeds R$ 29,000 in the Fipe Table.
The grille has the same design, while the creases follow very close lines. Small differences appear only in the headlights, which feature a distinct LED signature.
On the sides, the C-shaped crease, a trademark of the Chiron, also appears. This detail connects the roof and doors in a nearly copied manner.
The rear maintains the standard of horizontal taillights, reinforcing the visual proximity between the two sports cars.
Own Technological Interior
The interior design, however, breaks with the similarities. Dreame adopted an exclusive dashboard, marked by a strong technological appeal.
The highlight is a massive central digital screen that concentrates multimedia and instrument functions.
Additionally, the raised central console brings together several controls in one space, giving the cabin its own identity.
This contrast with the exterior reinforces the brand’s attempt to create personality within the car.
Launch Scheduled for 2027
The company did not disclose performance figures but reiterated its goal to bring the fastest electric car ever manufactured to market.
The timeline indicates 2027 as the debut year. Until then, Dreame intends to utilize the accumulated experience in artificial intelligence and robotics to integrate autonomous driving and advanced cockpit systems.
According to the company, about 1,000 professionals are involved in the development of the project. This multidisciplinary team is considered strategic as it allows for the transfer of technologies created for appliances to the automotive sector.
Global Expansion in Sight
Dreame is also already discussing establishing a factory outside of China. Berlin, Germany, has emerged as a considered option to host the first international unit.
This move reinforces the goal of positioning the brand as a relevant competitor on a global scale.
More technical information about the supercar is expected to be released in early 2026. Until then, the expectation revolves around how the Chinese brand will manage to deliver performance that aligns with the bold promise it made to the market.
