Triumph introduced the Tiger Sport 800 Tour 2026 as the new touring version of its mid-displacement crossover, featuring a factory-installed 115 HP engine, integrated luggage kit with space for two helmets, Comfort seat as standard, and a complete electronic package, directly targeting rivals such as Suzuki V-Strom and Yamaha Tracer 9 GT.
Complete Travel Package
Unlike the standard Tiger Sport 800, the Tour variant comes off the assembly line with a set designed for long trips.
The motorcycle features a center stand, hand guards, heated grips, and the dual Comfort Seat, developed to provide more support for both the rider and the passenger on long rides.

Triumph adopted side panniers with 57 liters of total capacity and a top box of 49 liters, capable of accommodating two helmets, depending on their shape, and equipped with dual backrests for the passenger.
The entire system was designed to maintain mass balance and minimize interference in handling.
In addition to volumetric capacity, the aluminum top case increases options for securing extra loads or specific travel bags.
The model also comes with a TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) as standard, a feature that enhances safety and simplifies the user’s daily experience.
Colors, Design, and Finish
The Tiger Sport 800 Tour will initially be offered in international markets in two color combinations.
The Matt Cobalt option combines deep blue with matte black and golden details, resulting in a more understated visual set.
On the other hand, the Carnival Red option features bright red with black parts and the same golden touches, emphasizing the sporty proposal of the crossover.
The paint scheme extends to the side bags and top box, visually integrating the luggage kit with the rest of the motorcycle.
Availability in international markets is scheduled for February 2026.
So far, there is no confirmation of a launch in Brazil.
800 cc Triple Engine
At the center of the project is the already known 798 cm³ triple engine, the same one used in the Tiger Sport 800.
This configuration aims to balance low RPM response with high RPM capacity, favoring a sportier riding style.
The declared maximum power is 115 HP, with torque of 8.5 kgf.m (84 Nm), delivered in the mid RPM range.
About 90% of the torque is available in the mid-range, contributing to quick accelerations in different scenarios.
The six-speed transmission works in conjunction with the Triumph Shift Assist, which allows clutchless shifting under suitable conditions.
Chassis, Comfort, and Ergonomics
In terms of chassis and suspension, the Tiger Sport 800 Tour maintains a focus on road use.
The model is equipped with fully adjustable Showa suspension at the front and rear.
The brakes use four-piston radial calipers in the front, with dual discs, combined with an ABS optimized for corners.
The Michelin Road 5 tires reinforce its asphalt vocation, focusing on wet grip and durability.
The declared weight in running order, already considering the luggage set, is 232 kg, a competitive figure for the segment.
The 18.6-liter fuel tank helps offer good range.
On the seat, the Comfort Seat now features 3D mesh technology and ventilation channels.
Aerodynamic protection has been enhanced with an adjustable windshield and integrated side deflectors.
Electronics and Connectivity
The Tiger Sport 800 Tour features three riding modes: Sport, Road, and Rain.
The motorcycle uses electronic throttle, full-LED lighting, and a dashboard that combines LCD and TFT screens.
Connectivity features include My Triumph Connectivity, a system that allows turn-by-turn navigation, music control, and Bluetooth integration.
Maintenance, Warranty, and Accessories
Triumph states maintenance intervals every 16,000 km, benefiting those who travel long distances.
The motorcycle comes with a global two-year warranty with no mileage limit.
The manufacturer also highlights 35 original accessories, including items for protection, customization, and performance, including the Akrapovič muffler.
Prospects for Brazil
Although there is still no official confirmation of a launch in the Brazilian market, the brand’s tradition of keeping the local lineup aligned with the global portfolio keeps the possibility of future arrival open.
If offered here, the touring version will compete with Suzuki V-Strom and Yamaha Tracer 9 GT.
