Neoenergia, one of the largest companies in the electric sector in the country, has opened new job vacancies for different levels of education and areas of expertise. The opportunities, announced this week on the company’s official portal, include technical and operational positions as well as programs aimed at training young apprentices, with vacancies available in states like Pernambuco, Goiás, and Bahia.

The goal is to strengthen the workforce and attract new talents to join the team working on clean energy and electricity distribution projects across the country.

Applications are available through Neoenergia’s career site and can be made free of charge. The vacancies include positions such as Distribution Projects Technician I, Network Services Electrician, O&M Technician II, and opportunities in the Talent Bank for Young Apprentices and Electricians.

Young Apprentices

The Talent Bank for Young Apprentices at Neoenergia is open for registrations for those seeking their first job.

The company offers administrative positions aimed at high school students (either ongoing or completed) and young individuals aged 16 to 21 years without registered professional experience.

Main activities include supporting administrative routines, managing internal and external correspondence, and organizing sectoral files.

The selected individuals will have a workload of 20 to 30 hours per week, with transportation voucher, meal voucher, life insurance, and access to Gympass, a program that encourages physical activity.

Distribution Projects Technician I

Another highlighted position is for the role of Distribution Projects Technician I, aimed at professionals with technical education in Electrotechnics or Electromechanics.

The employee will be responsible for designing electrical distribution network projects, sizing poles, cables, and transformers, as well as technical drawings and budgets in systems like SAP CCS, SAP R3, and Kaffa.

Neoenergia seeks candidates with a proactive profile, teamwork skills, and knowledge of Neoenergia’s technical standards.

The professional should also ensure that the projects comply with regulatory requirements and established deadlines.

The position requires complete technical education in areas such as Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics, as well as an active CFT and Category B driver’s license.

Activities include preventive, corrective, and predictive operation and maintenance of equipment, reading technical diagrams, and monitoring plant indicators.

The professional will also participate in planning meetings and will be responsible for ensuring safety, sustainability, and environmental practices, which are fundamental values for the company.

Electrician Vacancies in Pernambuco and Bahia

The Talent Bank for Electricians at Neoenergia also has vacancies open in Pernambuco and Guanambi (BA).

The opportunities are directed at professionals with complete high school education, training as Distribution Network Electrician, along with certifications NR 10, NR 10 SEP, and NR 35.

Experience in network operations and a Category B driver’s license is desirable.

The hired individuals will perform electrical maintenance and connections, maneuvers in networks and substations, and operations in medium and low voltage lines, always following safety and quality standards.
