The Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) in Florianópolis has opened a simplified selection process to hire an Operational Supervisor of the Regulation Center.

The position offers base salary of R$ 4,546.46, a workload of 40 hours per week, and CLT link, through the Fundação de Apoio ao HEMOSC/CEPON (FAHECE).

Applications will be open for a few days and must be submitted exclusively online.

The selection provides for one immediate position and the formation of a reserve list, allowing for calls throughout the duration of the announcement, according to the institution’s needs.

The document ensures the right to apply for persons with disabilities, with assessments compatible with the duties and specificities of the position.

Job Details and Working Hours

The position is intended for the municipality of Florianópolis, in Santa Catarina, with operations at the SAMU Regulation Center.

The expected workload is 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

Despite the administrative workload, the announcement makes it clear that the service operates continuously, requiring an organized schedule that ensures 24 hours a day, seven days a week service.

Employment Regime and Benefits Offered

The hiring occurs under the regime of the Consolidation of Labor Laws, with no stability provided in Article 41 of the Federal Constitution.

Main Duties of the Operational Supervisor

The Operational Supervisor of the Regulation Center will be responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily activities of the Center, in various shifts, including morning, afternoon, night, and dawn.

Among the duties are supervising the entry, exit, and break times of the Medical Regulation Auxiliary Technicians and Radio Operators, as well as controlling the response times of the teams.

It is also the professional’s responsibility to supervise the recording of occurrence data, the triggering and distribution of mobile resources as defined by the regulating physician.

The announcement provides for direct action in the promotion of training, integration of new employees, and alignment of teams to current protocols.

Another relevant area involves mediation of interpersonal and operational conflicts, as well as the application of administrative measures when necessary, under the guidance of coordination and the Human Resources department.

The position also requires analysis of performance indicators, identification of critical points, and implementation of corrective or preventive actions for service improvement.

People Management, Schedules, and Indicators

The supervisor will be responsible for preparing duty schedules, ensuring full coverage of the service.

Among the duties are organizing vacations and days off, monitoring a bank of hours, and tracking indicators such as absenteeism, turnover, and occupational risks of the team.

The announcement also establishes that the professional must ensure the participation of employees in training and quality management programs.

Performance monitoring occurs within the Competency Management model, with action plan monitoring and continuous feedback recording.

Requirements for Participation

To compete for the position, it is mandatory to have a completed bachelor’s degree in Administration or related areas, issued by an institution recognized by the MEC.

A minimum of six months of proven professional experience in a team supervisory position is also required.

Proof of experience must be provided through the Work and Social Security Card or a declaration from the hiring company.

The lack of documentary proof results in disqualification of the candidate.

Selection Process Stages

The selection process occurs in two stages. The first consists of analyzing the application form, with a classificatory and eliminatory character, considering compliance with the prerequisites and the declared score.

Specific courses related to the position, post-graduation in Administration or related areas, and professional experience in Emergency Services Regulation Centers and supervising telemarketing teams will be evaluated.

Candidates who score zero or below the average arithmetic score are disqualified.

The second stage is a technical and behavioral evaluation, which may include behavioral tests, case studies, group dynamics, technical interviews, or specific tests. This phase aims to assess competencies related to the activities of the position.

Documentation and Hiring Criteria

The final classification depends on proving the information provided in the application. The selected candidate must present all original documents required in the announcement.

Physical and mental fitness, proven by an Occupational Health Certificate, and availability for the expected workload are also requirements for hiring.

The announcement also provides restrictions related to recent re-hirings, family ties in certain sectors, and participation of employees already linked to FAHECE.
