To apply for the position, it is necessary to have a Technical Degree in Electrical or Electronics and have an active registration. Intercultural competencies are becoming increasingly important. STEAG Energy Services is focused on this with its employee development program “Energy in Motion” (EMotion). In this program, participants work on strategically relevant future projects selected by SES. Due to the international composition of the project teams, participants overcome time zones and long distances, learn to deal with cultural differences, and have an impression of virtual cooperation. About the Position
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance indicators and opportunities for gain in solar projects; supporting O&M teams and controlling structuring actions in progress in each operation.

Requirements:

- Technical Degree in Electrical or Electronics and have an active registration
- Driver’s License B.
- Availability for travel;
- Knowledge in technical drawings will be a differential.
- Experience related to the O&M area (preferably solar) and performance indicators
- Advanced Excel
- Desirable knowledge in PDCA cycle, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, 5W2H
- Continuous improvement process according to lean model
