Intern Position in AME – Fortaleza/CE
The internship in the area of Special Medications (AME) aims to support activities related to customer service and loyalty management. The professional will be responsible for providing support to sales representatives, reception and shipment of materials, following up with clients using continuous-use medications, contacting doctors to obtain responses about treatments, as well as scheduling medication deliveries.
The intern must meet a daily goal of 25 contacts, reaching out to registered clients and assisting in the continuity of their treatments.
