SMS Specialist

Develop, implement, and maintain Açu Petróleo’s Occupational Health and Safety Plans and Programs; Disclose and enforce Açu Petróleo’s SMS Policy; Verify and contribute to legal compliance, including adherence to environmental conditions tied to permits and authorizations; Manage third-party SMS as per company guidelines; Ensure the effective and efficient application of SMS Management System requirements; Establish efficiency and effectiveness indicators for implemented programs; Prepare and monitor preventive and corrective SMS programs.

Location: São João da Barra, Rio de Janeiro

Supplies Specialist

Act as the supplies responsible for the ongoing project at Açu Petróleo; Organize, carry out, and monitor the process of acquiring materials, parts, and equipment for the project; Register suppliers, materials, and services, track purchase requests, assist in negotiation and contract drafting, as well as control orders and budgets according to policies and regulations defined in internal Supplies procedures; QSMS specialist (Project).

QSMS Specialist

Follow the company’s process management model for the ongoing project at Açu Petróleo, ensuring the implementation of quality standards in accordance with the Integrated Management System – SGI existing within the company and compatible with international ISO 9.001, 14.001, and 45.001 standards;

Be responsible for the quality of the construction and assembly services for the project; Prepare the invitation letter package to the market for the project, concerning the quality, health, environmental, and safety disciplines with a deadline until April 2020.

Engineering Intern

Support the Engineering area in activities such as: Issuing follow-up reports on activities; creating and formatting presentations regarding Engineering indicators; Monitoring the schedule of the current project, providing support to the department.
