One of the largest wind turbine blade manufacturers in Latin America and also one of the largest producers in the global market, Aeris Energy announced an agreement with Falconi, the largest people and management consulting firm in Brazil and Latin America, to invest R$ 30 million and strengthen the renewable energy market. The two companies plan to consolidate the ‘UN Sustainable Development Goals’, which proposed 17 fronts for society to evolve towards sustainable development, one of which is renewable and accessible energy.

Aeris Energy Will Need to Quadruple in Size

The agreement provides for payment of 50% in cash and the remainder through Aeris shares. The partnership between Falconi and the wind turbine blade manufacturer demonstrates the growth potential of Aeris and the renewable energy sector, which, according to the International Energy Agency (IEA), will need to quadruple in size to meet the demand of 390 GW annually by 2030.

According to Aeris Energy CEO Bruno Vilela, the company is excited about the new partnership and Falconi’s investment in Aeris’ performance. Bruno states that it was a “win-win” negotiation, considering that the work done by the consulting firm will certainly reflect better performance for the wind turbine blade manufacturer.

Aeris Will Become More Modern and Competitive with the Agreement

In the next 3 years, the focus of the wind turbine blade manufacturer will be to increase its efficiency to achieve the maximum possible return from its backlog of nearly R$ 10 billion by 2025. To make this possible, Aeris decided to hire the best consulting firm available, Falconi, with a long-term contract and innovative structure, reinforcing the way of forming partnerships and doing business.

The agreement with Falconi also provides for modernization and increased competitiveness for the renewable energy company, generating even more value and enabling new pathways for better results, seeking organizational excellence and ongoing sustainable evolution. According to Falconi’s CEO, Viviane Martins, the company is driven by new challenges and the construction of results that transform society and organizations.
