Aker Solutions Announced New Positions Without Experience Exclusively for Women Studying Engineering. Approved Candidates Will Have Great Benefits.

Aker Solutions, one of the largest companies in the global supply of products, services, and systems for the energy industry, launched last week a mentorship program in engineering focused on women. The positions with no experience are for work at the São José dos Pinhais unit, in Paraná, in a hybrid work mode, meaning both in-person and home office.

Who Can Participate in Aker Solutions’ Selection Process for Positions Without Experience?

The internship program in engineering at Aker Solutions focuses on students studying Control and Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering. Other engineering degrees may be accepted depending on the candidate’s profile.

In addition, those who wish to compete must have advanced English, knowledge in Autocad and Solidworks, or a similar program. No prior professional experience is required.
