Requirements

Technical High School in Mechanics
1 to 4 years of experience in the role
Availability to work in Macaé from Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM

Activities

Ensuring organization and cleanliness in the workspace following the concepts of the 5S methodology
Cleaning and identifying disassembled parts and components of equipment
Performing visual inspections on components after disassembly
Carrying out light boiler work, lubrication, and paint touch-ups
Preparing damage reports; preparing surfaces of equipment for the execution of non-destructive testing
Acting as a technical assistant for quality inspection when necessary
Assembling, operating tests, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems
Manufacturing and assembling hydraulic hoses with certification testing
Manufacturing and assembling tubular hydraulic lines with bending and terminal installation
Measuring general equipment
Performing final tests on repaired equipment and troubleshooting hydraulic and mechanical problems encountered during testing
