Alpargatas Has Dozens of New Openings in Its Trainee Program for Recent Graduates Who Wish to Work in Brazil and Abroad.
Alpargatas has just announced the opening of new applications for its trainee program for recent graduates. A total of 30 trainee positions are available, and workers will be hired for Alpargatas factories in Brazil and other countries. Those who participate in the program will receive a monthly salary of R$ 7,000. If you are a recent graduate, this is your chance to secure a job placement. The company’s other factories, owner of Havaianas, are located in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Madrid.
Structure of Alpargatas’ Trainee Program
The company offers a monthly salary of R$ 7,000 to successful candidates in the trainee program, in addition to some benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, dental plan, life insurance, day off on birthdays, casual dress code, short Fridays in the summer, and discounts on Alpargatas brands products. Furthermore, meal vouchers are also provided for global trainees and access to the cafeteria for industrial trainees.
Interested candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree in any field between December 2020 and December 2022.

Applications for Alpargatas Trainee Positions
The selection process is expected to last throughout November this year, when the final stage of the selection process for the trainee program will take place. Applications can be submitted until September 15 through the Companhia de Talentos/ Alpargatas website.
