• Carry out all stages of receiving materials from suppliers or on board, from checking (PO x NF x Physical), storage, and dispatch, as well as performing all tasks related to the loading and unloading of materials, to ensure operational efficiency of the business, always focusing on reducing OPEX and maintaining uptime;
• Concentrate efforts to ensure that goods and services are properly packaged and loaded into containers, as well as prepare all necessary documentation for loading and unloading of materials and equipment;
• Contact suppliers, if necessary, for purposes of regularizing receipt, return adjustments, and other tasks associated with the receipt and return of materials and equipment;
• Ensure that all materials are shipped according to the plan indicated by the requesting area;
• Ensure that all equipment leaving the warehouse has transportation invoices;
• Ensure that materials are correctly identified on the manifest and physically;
• Ensure the physical integrity of the material so that it arrives intact on board.
• Assist in issuing performance indicator reports for the area;
• Request land logistics for loading and unloading of cargo;
• Enhance workplace safety practices and risk awareness regarding material handling, ensuring safety during cargo movements in the warehouse;
• Ensure that all equipment is certified and valid (Container, baskets, skids, slings, spreader bar, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

• Completed High School.
• Basic English.

• Ensure that the Fiscal Measurement station is operating properly and has valid calibration certificates and documentation;
• Ensure that all testing instruments have valid calibrations.

• Maintain and calibrate all portable gas measurement instruments and provide training to personnel in the use of measurement instruments and understanding of readings;
