Marcelo Nunes, general director of Altera&Ocyan, says they decided to recruit recent graduates to train them for offshore work. The goal is to develop professionals who will soon integrate into the crew of Altera&Ocyan vessels. The FPSO market in Brazil is expanding, and we want to get ahead with this specialized program focused on the sector. Technical training is and needs to be valued in Brazil, especially in our area of expertise, and this program reinforces that, Marcelo adds.
