Selection Process Steps
The selection process at CIMED is structured into six phases.
First, candidates must register online on the platform.
Next, they undergo a behavioral assessment, sign a transparency agreement, have an interview with the Human Resources department, and subsequently, an interview with the area manager.
Those approved will move on to the final hiring stage.
