The Amazfit Balance Stands Out in 2025 for Offering Advanced Features Like Body Fat Measurement and Accurate GPS at a Much More Accessible Price Than Competitors from Brands Like Apple and Samsung.

The Amazfit Balance is a smartwatch that promises a top-tier experience for a mid-range price. With a battery that can last up to 14 days, high-precision GPS, integrated Alexa, and a novel body fat measurement function, it has become one of the most talked-about and desired smartwatches in the market.

According to a comprehensive product analysis conducted by the YouTuber and technology specialist Mateus Kist, the Amazfit Balance is a device that impresses with its overall package. The analysis, based on a month of continuous use, reveals the strengths that make it an excellent purchase option, but also the details that a potential consumer needs to be aware of.

What Is the Amazfit Balance? A Smartwatch That Looks Like a Regular Watch

The first highlight of the Amazfit Balance is its design. It resembles a classic watch, with a metallic body and two buttons on the right side, one of which is a digital crown that facilitates navigation through the menus.

The display is a 1.5-inch AMOLED panel with 1,500 nits of brightness, ensuring great visibility even in sunlight. Although it does not have a specific protection certification like Gorilla Glass, the month-long test did not reveal any scratches or blemishes.

The Focus on Health and Fitness: Much More Than Basic

Amazfit launches the new Balance to dominate the market: the watch with 14 days of battery and advanced health features for less than R$ 1,200

It is in the health features that the Amazfit Balance truly shines. In addition to the well-known sensors such as heart rate, blood oxygen (SPO2), and body temperature, it offers a significant differentiator:

  • Body Composition Measurement: Like some smart scales, the watch can measure your percentage of body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, protein, and water level, a feature that not even the Apple Watch offers.

For athletes, the watch monitors over 150 physical activities and comes with a dual-frequency GPS, which provides much more accuracy for tracking running, walking, and cycling routes.

Usability and System: How Does It Work in Daily Life?

The operating system of the watch is Zepp OS 3.0, which has proven to be fluid and user-friendly. Navigation can be done through both the touchscreen and the digital crown.

It receives notifications for calls and messages, allows answering calls via Bluetooth, and has integrated Alexa, which enables control of smart home devices via voice command. An important point is that, on Android phones, it is possible to use quick replies for messages, a feature that is not available for iPhone users.

The Achilles’ Heel: What Is Missing?

Despite being very comprehensive, the Amazfit Balance has one major drawback for the Brazilian market: it does not have NFC for contactless payments.

Another detail is that the app that allows mirroring the phone’s screen on the watch, Carbit Ride, requires payment for a license after a trial period.

Long-lasting Battery: Up to Two Weeks Away from the Outlet

The battery life is one of the biggest strengths of the Amazfit Balance. While competitors like the Apple Watch need to be charged daily, Amazfit promises up to 14 days of regular use on a single charge.

In the practical test, with intense use of all features, the battery lasted between 10 and 12 days, an excellent result that puts it well ahead of most smartwatches on the market.

Is It Worth Buying the Amazfit Balance in 2025?

YouTube Video

With a price hovering around R$ 1,000 to R$ 1,200 in the Brazilian market, the Amazfit Balance establishes itself as one of the best cost-benefit options in 2025.

For those seeking a smartwatch with premium design, advanced health features, and, most importantly, long battery life, it is an almost unbeatable choice. However, for those who prioritize making contactless payments with the watch, the lack of NFC in Brazil is a factor that needs to be considered.

And you, what do you think of the Amazfit Balance? Do you think the long battery life compensates for the lack of NFC? Leave your opinion in the comments!

Apesar de ser mais completo, difícil é encontrar manual de instruções dos relógios AZMAFIT, principalmente em português!
