- Higher Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Teaching Degree / Technologist
- Year of graduation: completion between December 2021 and December 2023
- Availability to work in-person in any region of Brazil.

Selected candidates will access different areas of each mentioned sector where they will learn everything in practice.
The selection will take place between March and July and includes online tests in English, profile assessment, logical reasoning, case analysis, and online interviews. Once approved, the in-person stages involve a business panel, case development, and finally, interviews with the vice presidents and the president of Ambev Brewery. At the end, the selected candidates are hired as employees of the company.
