After the initial screening, selected candidates will receive support materials and guidance, and must submit a video sharing their own success story as a leader. In the final stage of the selection process, which will take place between August 9 and 13, the approved candidates will be interviewed individually.

The positions, under the CLT regime, are for remote, hybrid, or in-person work. The candidate will have the option to choose the work model, depending on the specificities of the areas in which they will be hired. Experience with technology, although desirable, is not mandatory.
