300 Job Openings Will Be Opened to Work in Osasco – SP, at the New Logistics Center of Ambev, the Largest Beverage Company in the World.
Ambev, the largest brewery in Latin America, is building its logistics center in Osasco (SP), and according to information from Mayor Rogério Lins, the new distribution center is expected to go into operation in October of this year. It will be the largest commercial operation of the company in Brazil and will generate around 300 direct and indirect job openings in the region!

The Logistics Center of Ambev is Expected to Generate Around 300 Job Openings, Among Direct and Outsourced Jobs
During the visit, Rogério Lins, who was accompanied by secretaries José Carlos Vido (Secretariat of Economic Development and Innovation), Sérgio Di Nizo (Government), and Thiago Silva (Communication), handed over to Filipe Barolo, institutional relations of Ambev, the construction operating license.
With a built area of about 20,000 m², the new logistics center of Ambev will operate 24/7 and will have the capacity to store and distribute 70,000 hectoliters of beverage per month, in addition to generating around 300 job openings, among direct and outsourced jobs.

The expected start of operations is at the end of the last quarter of 2021. About 100 trucks are expected to operate at the distribution center, ensuring that major beverage brands reach bars, restaurants, and supermarkets in the region with quality and agility.
“The operation will feature 100 non-polluting electric trucks, which will be fueled through a proprietary solar energy generation system, produced at the Distribution Center itself,” declared Rogério Lins. “A toast to Ambev. A toast to Osasco!” the mayor added via social media.
Ambev Invites Women for 160 Openings in Free Online Courses at the Beer Academy
The multinational Ambev – the largest beverage company in the world, has just launched the Beer Academy – the first platform for free online courses in beer knowledge open to the public in the country. The initiative aims to expand opportunities for training and professionalization of women in the Brazilian market, offering 160 openings for an exclusive training course for women, in direct support of the #CervejeiraSouEu movement, recently launched by the company.
The goal is to provide information and curiosities about beer through individual classes taught by the brewery’s team of brewers, covering topics such as beer styles, history of the beverage, ingredients, and pairings: “This project is exactly what we want to offer: an endless source of beer knowledge,” detailed Mauricio Soufen – vice president of Supply for the brand.
