About the Selection Process for the Ambev Trainee Program 2021
This year’s selection is full of news. First, the selection process will be entirely online, allowing talents from across the country to participate without needing to travel.
The second important change occurs in the tests. The brewery removed the English proficiency assessment and updated its logic test, making it more fluid and with less focus on mathematics.

With the language knowledge requirement removed, successful candidates will receive company-sponsored scholarships to study English. The only requirement for the positions is a degree obtained between June 2018 and December 2020.
After the test, the company created a “competency game” that will assess candidates’ skills such as creativity, cooperation, problem-solving, innovation, tolerance, adaptability, and openness to new challenges.
To assist in all phases of the program, Ambev introduces another novelty: a training platform. Various content will be made available to young individuals, such as videos with tips, live broadcasts with Ambev leaders, and self-awareness chats before interviews.
Requirements and Benefits
In addition to the R$7,000 salary, the company offers meal vouchers, transportation vouchers or shuttles, childcare assistance, medical and dental care, gympass, school supplies, a 14th salary, annual bonuses, and more.
To apply, candidates must have obtained a higher education degree (bachelor’s and/or teaching degree) between June 2018 and December 2020 and be willing to relocate to other states.
