After a year and a half of work, the singer’s mansion gains a luxurious farm feel, featuring a high-ceiling living room, giant dressing room, Barbie closet, spa-like bathroom, swimming pool with a screen, stage for parties, and a life-size cattlewoman sculpture, alongside an acoustic room for composing.
Architect Juliana Medara revealed in detail the transformation of Ana Castela’s new mansion in Londrina, Paraná, a project that took about a year and a half to complete. The property was completely renovated to reflect memories of life on the farm in a retreat for relaxation, parties, and work, with the identity of a luxurious farm right in the city.
According to the architect, the idea was to create a refuge with a modern barn look, blending wood, nature, and sentimental elements from the singer’s childhood. The mansion was designed as a “refuge of memories,” meant for Ana to relax, host friends, and at the same time maintain her routine of shows and songwriting.
Luxurious Farm in the Heart of the City

Right at the entrance, the mansion already conveys the concept of a cinematic farm. The property, located in a prestigious neighborhood of Londrina, underwent a complete renovation to reflect Ana Castela’s style, now nationally known as the “cattlewoman.”

Juliana Medara explains that the proposal was to blend nature, wood, and striking pieces.
Wide windows, custom-made furniture, and the integration of indoor and outdoor areas help create the feeling that the mansion is a large farm surrounded by greenery, even within the city.
Spacious Living Room, High Ceiling, and Barn Feel

One of the first structural changes in the mansion was the staircase connecting the ground floor to the second floor. In the original house, the steps were located in the middle of the living room, dividing the spaces.
With the renovation, the staircase was moved to a corner, featuring floating steps and a more elegant finish.
As a result, the main room became spacious, with a higher ceiling and windows open to the garden.
Two large sofas occupy the center of the room, creating a space for everyone to gather, reinforcing the farm living room feel, where conversation is the highlight.

The wooden dining table has become another key point. It was chosen to carry the identity of the farm and to harmonize with sideboards and pieces produced especially for the project.
On the walls and ceilings, wood appears in cladding and details, reinforcing the barn concept and rural heritage that guides the entire mansion.
Giant Dressing Room, Barbie Closet, and Acoustic Room

The second floor houses the more intimate spaces of the mansion. As soon as you ascend the stairs, the first stop is a huge dressing room designed to store show costumes, boots, the collection of hats, and a comfortable space for makeup.
This dressing room transforms the mansion into an extension of the stages, keeping the tour routine organized at home.

Next to it, a fully soundproofed room was created for Ana to compose music, rehearse, and watch movies with friends without external interference.
The architect describes the space as a “nice place to create,” emphasizing that the environment combines work, leisure, and comfort.
The master bedroom also acquired its own signature. Before entering the resting area, there is an anteroom dedicated to the singer’s Barbie collection, which is displayed as part of the mansion’s sentimental décor.
The closet is spacious, with custom handles featuring the artist’s initials, reinforcing the idea that every detail of the house was tailor-made.
Private Spa at Home and Bathroom that Becomes Bathing Room
The master bedroom’s bathroom was designed to go beyond its basic function. The architect prefers to call the environment a bathing room and describes it as a relaxing spa set up inside the mansion.
The space was prepared for Ana to undergo vocal treatments, relaxation sessions, and self-care rituals, in addition to the bath itself.
The bathing room has planned scents, support areas, and organization designed to keep everything within reach, transforming the bathroom into a true private spa.
Outdoor Area with Pool, Screen, Games, and Stage for Parties
The outdoor area of Ana Castela’s mansion also received special attention. In a previous interview, the singer had mentioned wanting a studio, a barbecue grill, and a space to store her favorite drinks, which she refers to as “waters that birds don’t drink.”
She also stated that she enjoyed hosting little parties with friends.
In the renovation, this desire was more than fulfilled. The mansion’s backyard integrates a game area, gourmet kitchen, exclusive nook for preparing drinks, barbecue grill, and pizza oven.
The highlight is the pool, which features a screen for guests to watch content while enjoying the water, creating an outdoor cinema atmosphere.
To complete the package of a cinematic luxurious farm, the outdoor area also received a stage set up in the backyard.
The idea is for the house itself to serve as a backdrop for intimate shows, parties, and gatherings among friends, reinforcing the festive aspect of the mansion.
Life-Size Cattlewoman Sculpture and Horse Lamp
At the entrance of the mansion, one of the most striking elements is the life-size sculpture of a cattlewoman, created by artist Carlos Sato.
The figure depicts a woman wearing a hat, with the accessory resting in one hand, in a gesture of greeting or reverence.
The sculptor noted that Ana herself participated in the final decisions of the piece, guiding the body position and the gesture with the hat.
The result is a sculpture that almost serves as a signature of the mansion’s owner, welcoming visitors with the image that made the singer famous in the country.
Inside the house, another piece draws attention: a massive lamp shaped like a horse, life-size. It is placed next to the long wooden dining table, creating an impactful scene.
With warm and low lighting, the set adds refinement to the environment. The architect highlights that this is the third piece of its kind in Brazil, reinforcing the exclusive character of the mansion’s décor.
Mansion that Blends Sentimental Memory, Work, and Luxury
At the end of the tour, it is clear that Ana Castela’s mansion in Londrina was designed to unite memories of the farm, artist life, and moments of rest.
And you, what would be essential in a luxurious farmhouse-style mansion to call your own?
