Learn How to Apply for the Selection Process of ANVISA

Applications for positions without experience must be submitted free of charge by February 7, through the website of the Center for Integration of Companies and Schools (CIEE).

It is important to mention that candidates must indicate whether they will compete in the selection process as general competition or for reserved vacancies for people with disabilities or black individuals. As a disability candidate, it is mandatory to submit a medical report. As black candidates, those approved will undergo hetero-identification procedures.

Another procedure for applying for positions without experience is the request to use a social name. This right focuses on the inclusion of transgender and transvestite individuals, ensuring they are addressed by the name they wish to be called in the public communication of the selection process.

Understand How the Anvisa Selection Process Will Work

The evaluation of the internship at Anvisa will be through Curriculum Analysis and Interview, both of which are qualifying and eliminating. This analysis consists of a questionnaire with questions about the course. The evaluation will occur based on mandatory and desirable requirements.

For each criterion met, 10 points are awarded. In case of a tie, the order of tie-breaking criteria will be the most advanced semester or series, oldest age, studying in public school, and the older registration. The provisional result can be consulted on February 14, on the CIEE page.

Any appeals must be filed by the following day, exclusively through the form available on the consulting firm’s website. The final list of those classified in this stage will be published on the 1st of the following month. After the curriculum analysis, an interview may take place, which Anvisa plans to call only if deemed necessary. When there is demand, the agency will contact candidates via email and phone.
