- Porto Alegre – 30 spots
- Panambi – 30 spots
- Três Passos – 30 spots
This reach allows professionals from different regions to access postgraduate training at no cost.
How the Selection Process Works
The selection process prioritizes public basic education teachers, followed by private school teachers, administrators, and other education professionals.
The evaluation combines two criteria: documented analysis of the Lattes curriculum (weight 60%) and evaluation of the letter of intent (weight 40%), where the candidate must demonstrate how they intend to apply the knowledge in their school community.
The minimum score for classification is 5, and in case of a tie, the criterion of greater age will be considered.
Requirements for Enrollment
To participate, it is necessary to have a degree in Licentiate recognized by MEC, present an identification document with CPF, an updated Lattes curriculum, and proof of connection with basic education (when applicable).
Additionally, the candidate must write a letter of intent of up to two pages and fill out the curriculum evaluation spreadsheet. Since the course is offered in EaD format, it is essential to have regular access to the internet and a computer to follow online activities.
Selection Process Timeline
- Enrollment Period: until September 15, 2025
- Candidate Selection: from September 1 to 15
- Announcement of Results and Subsequent Calls: according to the general schedule of the UFSM notice
- Enrollment: dates defined after the publication of the final result
How to Enroll
Enrollment must be done exclusively through the UFSM online system, available on the official notice website.
The submission of documentation occurs at the time of enrollment, and only files in PDF format will be accepted. Candidates must be attentive, as the absence of any document will result in denial.
The certificate issued will be valid throughout the national territory as a specialist title in lato sensu postgraduate education.
UFSM emphasizes that this initiative is crucial to strengthen the ongoing education of teachers. According to the general coordinator of UAB/UFSM, Thiago Cattani Naidon, the course “represents an opportunity to integrate technological innovation into basic education, preparing educators for a future where robotics will play a central role in learning.”
If you are interested in technological education and seek free qualification at a federal university, this is your chance to transform your career. Enroll, share this information with colleagues, and leave your comment below: do you believe that robotics can revolutionize education in Brazil?
