Motivo: estávamos sem rádios pra nos comunicar então criaram um grupo no WhatsApp pra facilitar, no primeiro dia tudo ok, no segundo veio um coordenador regional que só passa na loja uma vez por mês e me chamou a atenção duas vezes por estar utilizando o celular, tentei explicar ao mesmo que estava utilizando pra evidenciar uma ocorrência, ele não quis entender, me tratou mal,disse que não precisava de mim, que se quisesse poderia pedir as contas, falei pra ele tenho 37 anos não estou aqui pra brincar e sim trabalhar, o mesmo disse que ele mandava e pronto. Já passei por diversas situações parecidas e aguentei calado,agora não estou mais suportando esses tipos de pessoas que pensam que estão lá em cima ou tem mais dinheiro podem fazer oque querem com os funcionários que estão abaixo.
