Audi Q6 E-Tron and Sportback without camouflage! Spies spot electric SUVs with protective coatings.
An interesting fact is that Audi has been selling the Q6 for over a year, a year, but only in China. However, in 2024, Audi will globally launch the Audi Q6 E-tron, which will be fully electric and built on the PPE platform in collaboration with Porsche. The electric car has already been spotted without any camouflage, anticipating its launch.
The most attentive observers will notice that we are facing two prototypes of the Audi Q6 E-tron. One is the conventional Q6 E-Tron model, while the other is the Q6 E-Tron Sportback, with a coupe-style design and sloping roof. Both prototypes are ready for production, showing 99% of the external design. Furthermore, as part of the partnership between Audi and Porsche, Porsche will also launch its own version in 2024 with an all-electric Macan.
New Audi Q6 E-Tron: The Future of Electric Vehicles
The classic E-Tron style; If you're thinking it looks like a souped-up Q4 E-Tron, you're not alone. Audi is taking no chances with the design of its two new electric vehicles, instead coming up with something bolder. In its defense, the Q6 E-Tron appears to have better proportions than the Q4 E-Tron, but to each their own.

Although paparazzi weren't able to see the interior, as the Q6 E-Tron models were photographed from afar, Audi has already revealed its cabins. As expected for an EV launching in 2024, the two will share a screen-heavy interior, with a OLED display 11,9 inches for the driver, a 14,5′ central screen and a 10,9′ screen for the front passenger. Naturally, both electric vehicles will be more spacious than the smaller Q4 E-Tron models, which are based on the MEB less sophisticated.
Expectations for the Audi Q6 E-Tron and Q6 E-Tron Sportback
When we drove a prototype in July, the Audi told us there would be variants of the Q6 and SQ6 with a dual-motor configuration and a 100 kWh battery. The regular model will have an estimated power of 375 horsepower, while the most powerful will have 483 hp, with a temporary increase to 510 hp. The SQ6 will need less than four and a half seconds to reach 96 km/h from standstill.
Audi says the new Q6 models will be roughly the same size as the combustion-engined Q5, but with shorter overhangs and a longer wheelbase. This will be possible thanks to a dedicated electric platform. An adaptive air suspension has been confirmed, along with an 800-volt electrical system and regenerative braking. Electric vehicles are designed to support a maximum charging power of 270 kW, in which case it will take around half an hour to recharge the battery from 10 to 80%.
The Robustness and Reliability of the Audi Q6 E-Tron
Arriving next year, the Audi Q6 and SQ6 will have to face stiff competition from day one, going up against the Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV and AMG EQE SUV. Audi's news has already been confirmed for Brazil.
