The President of Group LM, Luiz Mendonça Filho, holder of the AuraBrasil brand, claims that the main objective of the investment of at least R$ 100 million is to purchase new brands / equipment that will allow Aura to expand more expressively in the market it already operates. Currently, they are large manufacturers of agricultural machines and equipment rental.

The brand has as its main business plan for the coming years to begin to cover new sectors of the market while planning to expand into new Brazilian regions. In other words, there should be an even more expressive appreciation. The strategy was made after an intense market analysis, which showed that it is a promising time to start the expansion process.

Mendonça Filho argues that the company’s plans are for accelerated growth. And it is not only a significant amount of money that should be applied to the market, but it is also estimated that there will be a generation of new jobs: according to his press conference, it was determined that the workforce is expected to increase by at least 15%.

The Group LM, which owns AuraBrasil, has conducted a presentation of the company and its business plan. The institution aims to further drive the market it operates in. It has been in existence for more than a decade and has ambitious plans.

Goal of 12 Branches: “We Aim to Get There,” Says the President

Currently, the president argues that the brand is located in at least 9 states. However, the intent is to reach around 12 branches by the end of the money to be applied. The focus is to invest in areas that are cheaper and more affordable, which are not in Brazilian capitals. The aim, according to the institution, is to invest in regions with a higher conglomerate of industries. In other words, that are potential in the long term.

With investments that had already been previously applied, it is estimated that the brand has acquired at least 125 new business platforms, adding to more than 900 it already had. The CEO of Aura, Célio Gonçalves Júnior, insists on stating that the institution’s maturity in the machinery market is happening in a much more expressive way over the last decade. Thus, structuring strategies that can strengthen the brand’s name in the country is, now more than ever, ideal. The amount of R$ 100 million will also be used for advertising and marketing purposes.

Purchase of New Equipment Should Make AuraBrasil’s Processes Easier

The purchase of new equipment should simplify and automate the company’s processes. Thus, they will have even more brand strength in the civil sector, which has been severely impacted since 2015. And in 2021, according to data from IBGE, it ended the year with one of the highest inflation rates ever. The high inflation of machinery would have been driven by the Covid-19 pandemic, which caused more than half a million deaths in our country.

Aura Brasil has been working with other segments since 2020 that go far beyond the industry, such as in the pharmaceuticals sector.  Group LM aims to incorporate even more services and products.
