Handling relevant articles, such as drawings and manufacturing rotators for the stages of the process in which they are applied;
Performing other tasks related to those described, at the discretion of immediate supervisor;
Developing production capacity studies;
Creating/Managing performance indicators for projects/factory;
Support in project publication;
Closing quality/HSE results;
Developing continuous improvement projects;
Managing factory improvement projects;
Monitoring factory consumption;

Fleet Management Internship

Location: Rio de Janeiro, RJ

Some Of The Activities:

Carrying out processes related to the administration and availability of the company’s regional fleet vehicles;
Monitoring and providing support for operations in vehicle yards within the facilities of plants and suppliers;
Implementing new processes, receiving and preparing new vehicle deliveries and collecting finished contracted vehicles, and controlling vehicle linking and other drivers to ensure economical fleet management;
Monitoring and controlling costs for fueling, tolls, maintenance, fines, restaurants, washing, movement, and use of the fleet;
Controlling the database of company drivers, credentialing new employees for vehicle operation with the fleet in the performance of their work functions and maintaining the data and records of current drivers used;
Aligning with multifunctional teams to achieve resolution of fleet management issues;
Supporting strategic fleet management activities in the region;
Filling out operational reports;
Attending internal and external audits;
