The Northeast Bank (BNB) recently announced the amendment of the registration deadline for announcement No. 1/2024 of its public competition, which aims to provide 410 immediate vacancies and 300 reserve registrations in a secondary level position. In addition to opportunities in the BNB competition aimed at broad competition, the selection has specific positions focused on professionals with disabilities and black candidates.

The public competition opens 410 immediate vacancies and establishes a reserve registration for the position of Banking Analyst I. The requirements for this position include a certified, duly registered, proof of completion of a secondary education course, issued by an educational institution recognized by the MEC, being at least 18 years old on the date of hiring, and having physical and mental aptitude for the exercise of the position’s duties.
Those approved in the BNB competition must work on typical projects and processes of a regional development organization, in terms of conception, implementation, development, operation, and monitoring, at the operational, tactical, and strategic levels of the Bank.

In addition, the approved candidate in the Northeast Bank’s public competition will be responsible for data entry, application operation, preparing reports and spreadsheets that express the results and conclusions of research to support the decisions of the competent authorities, conducting operational activities and work routines with the quality established by the bank, to serve internal and external clients, guiding internal and external clients in interpreting and applying the rules and in using the products and services offered by the Bank, performing general service activities and controlling internal procedures, with the level of security and reliability required by the Bank, aiming to minimize operational risks.
How To Register For The Secondary Education Competition Of The Northeast Bank
Registrations must be made through the official website by 4 PM on March 11, 2024. The registration fee will be R$ 65.00.
The total remuneration available in the public competition will be R$ 3,788.16, referring to the initial salary of R$ 2,577.32, plus R$ 263.80 in compliance with the position’s minimum wage and a one-third gratification of R$ 947.04. Those hired through the BNB competition will work six-hour shifts daily, totaling 30 hours a week.

Stages Of The Public Competition Of The Northeast Bank
The objective tests of the secondary education competition of the BNB will take place on April 28 and will last 4 hours. The test will consist of 10 questions in Portuguese Language, 10 in Mathematics or Logical and Quantitative Reasoning, and 40 in specific knowledge.
The second stage consists of a biopsychosocial assessment, which aims to ensure equal opportunities and match the profile of candidates who declare disabilities with the requirements of the position.
The third phase of the competition consists of medical examinations for clinical evaluation and complementary exams. Its purpose is to verify the physical and mental aptitude of the candidate to perform the duties of the position to be held.
