The job opportunities are available in Minas Gerais, specifically at the Delivery Station located in Belo Horizonte and at the Distribution Center in Betim, in the metropolitan area of the state capital.

The e-commerce giant is seeking candidates who have completed high school and allows them to choose their preferred shift.
Work begins immediately, and applications can be made online through the recruitment website or in person by delivering resumes at the operating locations.

The company is committed to facilitating employee access to the Distribution Center by offering special round-trip transportation from various locations, including Igarapé, Ibirité, Contagem, Ribeirão das Neves, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, and several neighborhoods in Betim.
A notable feature of Amazon’s operations is the concern for employee well-being.
During work hours, special breaks are offered for physical exercises and other actions aimed at ensuring the safety of teams on a daily basis.
Bruno Varela, Operations Leader at the Distribution Center in Betim, explains: “During peaks in consumption, such as Black Friday, we hire temporary employees to balance the workload of our associates. With this, we seek to promote more well-being for everyone, investing in initiatives so that our team has a healthy experience during one of the busiest sales periods of the year for Amazon.”
Amazon expects sales to increase substantially during Black Friday, which led the company to provide incentives, rewards, and additional benefits, such as special transportation and free meals, to attract and retain selected employees in temporary job openings.
