AC 400 X, the first BMW Motorrad scooter produced in Brazil, will be equipped with a 350cc engine and several features, including stability control and connectivity.

BMW Motorrad, renowned German manufacturer of motorcycles, announces the start of pre-sales of the long-awaited C 400 X, its first scooter produced in Brazil. This novelty arrives on the Brazilian market with two distinct options, expanding the options for two-wheel enthusiasts. Prices start at R$54.900 for the entry-level version, available in an elegant metallic black, and R$59.900 for the Sport version, which stands out for its white design with blue and red details.

BMW Motorrad makes its new scooter, the C 400 X, available on the Brazilian market

The arrival of the C 400 X is a milestone for BMW in Brazil, as it represents not only the brand's return to the scooter segment, but also the debut of national production of this type of motorcycle.

The BMW factory in Manaus, in the Manaus Industrial Complex (PIM), is responsible for manufacturing this scooter, marking the third of seven new features planned by the automaker until 2025.

Furthermore, BMW invested a total of R$50 million in the Manaus factory, strengthening its presence on the national scene.

The director of the BMW Group factory in Manaus, Alex Donatti, expresses enthusiasm for the launch of the C 400 X, highlighting the relevance of this moment for BMW Motorrad in Brazil.

“The launch of the C 400 We are very excited and looking forward to it reaching the streets, avenues and other places throughout Brazil”, revealed Alex.

C 400 X: an urban scooter with German technology and design

The scooter is part of the C family, developed to improve urban mobility.

It is equipped with a 350cc single-cylinder engine, generating 34 horsepower at 7.500rpm and 3,5kgfm of torque at 5.750rpm, powered by gasoline.

The CVT (continuously variable) transmission provides a smooth rider experience.

The list of standard equipment includes:

  • sensory key for push-button start;
  • LED optical assembly;
  • ABS brakes;
  • automatic stability control;
  • USB and 12v sockets.

In addition to the Flex Case, an expandable compartment under the seat, which allows the transport of a full-face helmet or other objects, as long as they weigh up to 5 kg.

In the Sport version, the TFT instrument panel and smartphone connectivity stand out. Meeting the demands of modern consumers in search of innovation and practicality.

BMW Motorrad hopes that the C 400 X will conquer the streets, avenues and other public places in Brazil, consolidating its presence in the urban environment.
